  • Recommend proper collision repair procedures and provide an explanation to the customer the process needed to restore their vehicle to pre-accident condition.

  • Provide a fair and reasonable estimate for work to be performed.

  • Obtain repair authorization for estimated repairs to meet mutual satisfaction of the customer and repair facility.

  • Maintain sufficient communication with customer to meet their expectations.

  • Provide a complete invoice for repairs performed itemizing all parts and services identifying used, aftermarket and remanufactured parts.

  • Exercise reasonable care of the customer’s property while vehicle is in the repair facility’s possession.

  • Maintain a system for fair settlement of customer’s concerns.

  • Cooperate with established consumer complaint mediation activities.

  • Maintain a high level of collision repair by complying with manufacturer, I-CAR & ASE standards.

  • Cooperate with insurance company representatives and make a sincere effort to provide available and affordable service the general public.

  • All business practices shall be conducted in a lawful and professional practice.
